CREC has developed the 2016-2019 Management Plan of the Hongoryn tal and Hujirt bulan local protected areas in order to make contribution to conserving the Mongolian Marmot and Taimen. The management plan was approved in the resolution #11 by Self-governing body of Tsetserleg soum. The objectives of the plan are to improve LPAs management, protect key species on LPAs by conservation agreements with the communities, and enhance capacity of the communities. A total of 73 activities have been planned to fulfill the objectives.
